Turnkey Services

The process – what to expect from us…

Rapid Response

You can expect a prompt response (within 36 hours at the most) following your initial enquiry.

Complimentary Consultation

Telephone call to get to know each other, carry out consultation and briefing to discuss your requirements, wishes, objectives for exhibiting, equipment and furniture needed and design wishes, to establish the parameters to deliver an outstanding exhibition experience for you.

Venue Verification

We will consult directly with the venue to identify any restrictions that may affect the proposed design, floor plan, neighbours, visitor access to your stand etc.

Complimentary Design

We will deliver a complimentary initial design to you based on our previous consultation.

Agreement

Having agreed the final design and cost, we will send you our contract for signature. This will confirm all details and commitments and requirements from each party.

Artwork Templates

We will send you the templates for the artwork for you to complete, together with our invoice for payment prior to printing.

Electricity Verification

We will verify that your order with the organiser for electricity meets all your requirements for your stand.

Artwork Verification

Our designer will verify your final artwork (including size, pixels, colours etc).

Venue Documentation Submission

We will submit all of your design and health and safety documentation to the venue.

Printing

We will send your textiles/graphics to print no later than 4 weeks prior to the opening of the exhibition.

Transportation and Installation

Your stand will be transported and installed by our experienced installers 2 days prior to the exhibition opening.

On Site Management

We will be present on site during the installation of your stand until you have signed off on it prior to the exhibition opening.

Dismantling

Following the close of the exhibition your stand will be dismantled, and all stand components removed from the venue.

Exceptions

The only items which are not included within our price are electricity supply (which must be ordered direct from the organisers) and additional services such as provision of flowers, food, refreshments etc.

All you have to do is turn up when the exhibition opens and leave when it closes.

As a first-time exhibitor, we recognised quite early that there were a multitude of considerations, decisions and permissions to arrange for the event. That's before even thinking about what our stand would need to look like, to ensure we stood out and captured attention.

There were several contractors that were offered via the event organisers, to assist with fit out and design. Stress-Free Expo were the first to return my enquiry and I was soon thereafter introduced by Jo to Dom. To say that Dom took the lead on this one is an understatement. Although I was fully consulted and appraised at all times and ultimately all designs and details were approved by myself, all of the labour and documentation behind the scenes was completely absorbed by Dom and his team.

In terms of the overall design and finish of our stand, we could not have been happier and the photos speak for themselves. It was punchy, our colours were front and centre and we managed to incorporate some high-resolution photos into our backdrop, that demonstrated what we do as a core business. Absolutely brilliant.

As a consultant, Dom was attentive and disarming at all times. While I suspect that is very much his natural approach, it was nonetheless reassuring that the person in charge never showed any "stress", so then we had no reason to either. I guess the company name (and motto) is very much true. We are already starting to look to what we will do next year for this same event.
