Our Turnkey Services
We say we do all the heavy lifting for you, but what does that mean? Everything from initial layout of your stand, with advice on finishes, furniture, storage, lighting and flooring, through to supply of graphics templates and artwork checking, supply of all hardware, project management, assembly, dismantling and logistics.

- Raised floor to 40mm (Allowing for cables to run across the stand), subject to venue limitations

- Full colour printed graphics and textiles to all visible walls and lockable counters with cable access
- Display screens (up to 55") with USB ports
- Furniture package to include your choice of:
- Stools and poseur tables
- Meeting tables and chairs

- Display, reception and lockable counters
- Literature Displays (Wall Mounted & Free Standing)
- Liaison with the organisers for electricity supply (please note that the cost of the electricity supply is not included within our price and will need to be ordered direct from the organisers)
- Project management, including submission to the organisers of full health & safety and risk assessment documentation
- Transport, installation, dismantling and removal by our team.
The process – what to expect from us…
Rapid Response
You can expect a prompt response (within 36 hours at the most) following your initial enquiry.
Complimentary Consultation
Telephone call to get to know each other, carry out consultation and briefing to discuss your requirements, wishes, objectives for exhibiting, equipment and furniture needed and design wishes, to establish the parameters to deliver an outstanding exhibition experience for you.
Venue Verification
We will consult directly with the venue to identify any restrictions that may affect the proposed design, floor plan, neighbours, visitor access to your stand etc.
Complimentary Design
We will deliver a complimentary initial design to you based on our previous consultation.
Agreement
Having agreed the final design and cost, we will send you our contract for signature. This will confirm all details and commitments and requirements from each party.
Artwork Templates
We will send you the templates for the artwork for you to complete, together with our invoice for payment prior to printing.
Electricity Verification
We will verify that your order with the organiser for electricity meets all your requirements for your stand.
Artwork Verification
Our designer will verify your final artwork (including size, pixels, colours etc).
Venue Documentation Submission
We will submit all of your design and health and safety documentation to the venue.
Printing
We will send your textiles/graphics to print no later than 4 weeks prior to the opening of the exhibition.
Transportation and Installation
Your stand will be transported and installed by our experienced installers 2 days prior to the exhibition opening.
On Site Management
We will be present on site during the installation of your stand until you have signed off on it prior to the exhibition opening.
Dismantling
Following the close of the exhibition your stand will be dismantled, and all stand components removed from the venue.
Exceptions
The only items which are not included within our price are electricity supply (which must be ordered direct from the organisers) and additional services such as provision of flowers, food, refreshments etc.
All you have to do is turn up when the exhibition opens and leave when it closes.
